A replicated foreign adversary prepares to attack advisors during a react to contact exercise during Operation Combined Victory, on Muscatatuck Training Center, Indiana Aug. 10th, 2023. This exercise will test Advisors’ ability to operate within a contested operational and informational environment in alignment with Army 2030. OCV will certify Force Packages from 3rd, 4th and 54th SFAB, whose Soldiers and leadership will complete individual and collective certifications that prepare them to be employed in an advisory capacity with Ally and partner nations across the globe.
