Soldiers of the New York National Guard’s 69th Infantry Regiment color guard present the Colors during the Pearl Harbor Day Ceremony held on the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum’s Pier 86 in Manhattan, Dec. 7. The ceremony commemorated the 71st anniversary of the Dec. 7, 1941, attacks on Pearl Harbor in Hawaii and featured remarks from Maj. Gen. William D. Razz Waff, commanding general of the Army Reserve’s 99th Regional Support Command, and veteran Dan Fruter, a survivor of the attacks.
