U.S. Army Officers, guests, and Soldiers of the 218th Leadership Regiment, Palmetto Military Academy, PMA, South Carolina Army National Guard, conduct an induction ceremony for the PMA Hall of Fame, McCrady Training Center, Eastover, South Carolina, Aug. 12, 2023. The ceremony recognizes PMA Hall of Fame's inductees for outstanding leadership, dedication to service, and devotion to duty while serving as officers of the South Carolina National Guard. Periodically, PMA also recognizes outstanding warrant officers and noncommissioned officers through their respective induction processes. PMA is part of The Army School System, a proponent of the Maneuver Center of Excellence, MCoE, located at Fort Benning, Georgia. PMA’s Institute of Excellence accreditation is confirmed every 3 years by MCoE, in accordance with rating standards set by the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command, applying regulatory guidance, and directives.
