Soldiers assigned to 1st Space Brigade, Space Missile Defense Command competing in the U.S. Army Forces Command Best Squad Competition 2023 ride a boat back to shore, Aug. 15, 2023, near Dover, Tennessee. The helocast event pushed competitors to drop from a helicopter over 10 meters above the water and tested their physical prowess through swimming over 100 meters, this tests the readiness of the competing Soldiers and allows them to perform and operate as members of a team.
