An F-16 "Fighting Falcon" assigned to the 125th Expeditionary Fighter Squadron taxis towards U.S. Airmen from the 125th Fighter Generation Squadron to receive hot pit refueling at Prince Sultan Air Base, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Aug. 15, 2023. Hot pit refueling occurs after an aircraft has landed and is still running its engine. The technique allows refueling in austere locations and illustrates Agile Combat Employment (ACE) capabilities.
