U.S. Army Spc. The RSG’s primary mission is contingency and expeditionary base operations, including, managing base facilities, providing administrative and logistical support and other Soldier services for base tenants, and base security. NS23 is a premier reserve component training event that integrates both U.S. and partner nation readiness training to build interoperability and strengthen partnerships in an all-domain environment.
