CORONADO, Calif. - (Aug. 17, 2023) Sailors assigned to Maritime Expeditionary Security Squadron (MSRON) 11 launch a 34-foot patrol boat as part of inspection and survey (INSURV) preparation onboard Naval Amphibious Base Coronado. As a subcomponent of Navy Expeditionary Combat Command, the Maritime Expeditionary Security Force is a core Navy capability that provides port and harbor security, high value asset security, and maritime security in the coastal and inland waterways.
