U.S. Army and Croatian military members are cheered on by other multinational troops with NATO’s enhanced Forward Presence Battle Group Poland as they complete the Norwegian Foot March at Bemowo Piskie Training Area, Poland, Aug. 17. The foot march, hosted by Task Force Ivy Soldiers supporting the 4th Infantry Division, is designed to build physical endurance and mental toughness through the completion of a 30-kilometer road march carrying a 24-pound rucksack. The 4th Infantry Division's mission in Europe is to engage in multinational training and exercises across the continent, working alongside NATO allies and regional security partners to provide combat-credible forces to V Corps, America’s forward deployed corps in Europe.
