Larry Ralph Lewis Clemons, a machinist apprentice at the Rock Island Arsenal-Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center, stands over a 3D printer at the Advanced and Additive Manufacturing Center of Excellence explaining its capabilities and the product it's making.
