Maddi Bell, a combat medic specialist assigned to the Louisiana National Guard’s 756th Medical Company Area Support, 415th Military Intelligence Battalion, 139th Regional Support Group, inserts a needle in the arm of a Soldier during the intravenous-insertion training in Powidz, Poland, Aug. 23, 2023. The 756th MCAS is a part of Operation Assure, Deter and Reinforce supports the Army's Total Force Policy, an ongoing effort to integrate the Active Army, Reserve and National Guard components into a cohesive, operational force.
