Snyder a local artist and the spouse of Capt. Richard Snyder, Task Force Live Fire, Operations Group, is near the end of her journey to recovery that wraps up this week with the enhanced hand and wrist surgical capabilities offered during the hand rodeo Aug. 24 and 25, at the Joint Readiness Training Center and Fort Johnson, Louisiana.
