NAVAL STATION ROTA, Spain (August 8, 2023) Jose Maria Franco Rodriguez, center, encourages the children performing circus tricks during the performance to conclude this year's summer reading program, Aug. 8, 2023. Franco Rodriguez worked with the children each week to teach them circus skills during "Find Your Voice" story times and this performance was the culmination of their practice.
