U.S. Army Sgt. 1st Class James Liverman, an Army trumpet player assigned to the 4th Infantry Division Band, plays alongside members of the Polish Air Force Representative Band during the Summer Brass Academy event at the academy facility in Kalisz, Poland, on Aug. 24, 2023. The 4th ID Band participated in the multinational event to work alongside NATO allies in support of the V Corps interoperability mission in Europe. Interoperability is key to being prepared to stand side-by-side with NATO allies and partners and remain unified against shared threats and adversaries.
