The 25th ID soldiers are using a Heavy Expandable Mobile Tactical Truck at a forward fuel point to optimize refueling efficiency for USACE contractors who pick up and deliver fuel to Federal Emergency Management Agency generators installed at critical facilities that lost power following the Hawai‘i wildfires Aug. 8.
