U.S. Army Pacific Command Sgt. Maj. Frank Leota and U.S. Army Japan Command Sgt. Maj. Steven Payton paid a visit to the newly-minted Japan Ground Self Defense Force non-commissioned officer school during their command visit to the bilateral training exercise Yama Sakura 63, held this year at Camp Sendai, Japan. Of the five non-commissioned officer schools in Japan, this course is the only location to include signal member and females, who are sneaking through the snowy woods during their final field exercise.
