Maj. Gen. Christopher S. Owens aims with an electronic SA-16 Man Portable Air Defense System on West Field here Dec. 12 during Exercise Forager Fury 2012. Owens visited with the Marines on Tinian, toured the historic Tinian landmarks, and watched two FA-18D Hornets make arrested landings.
