U.S. Space Force Col. Mark Shoemaker, Space Launch Delta 30 commander, addresses the crowd during his first all call Aug. 21, 2023, at Vandenberg Space Force Base, Calif. Shoemaker took command in July and during the all call he shared his roadmap for success, key priorities and emphasized the motto ‘Hawks take care of Hawks.’ The event also introduced U.S. Air Force Col.
