Hunter Rudnik, 9th Civil Engineer Squadron explosive ordnance disposal, carries a Percussion Actuated Neutralizer to a simulated improvised explosive device in order to disrupt it during an exercise Aug. 25, 2023, at the San Francisco International Airport (SFO), South San Francisco, California.
