Theodore Cochran, 9th Maintenance Squadron lead battery technician, explains the importance of checking the voltage of the battery used on the U-2 Dragon Lady, and the T-38 Talon, with a fluke multimeter, Aug. 11, 2023 at Beale Air Force Base, California. T-38 batteries are inspected for serviceability by performing a voltage check to ensure it meets technical data requirements.
