Betsy Bina, a majority clerk with the U.S. House Appropriations Committee, familiarizes herself with the FIM-92 Stinger missile system as U.S. Army Sgt. Adrian Saltos, an Avenger team chief with the Florida Army National Guard's 3rd Battalion, 265th Air Defense Artillery Regiment, supporting 4th Infantry Division Artillery, looks on during a staff delegation tour at Camp Adazi, Latvia, Aug. 31. The staff delegation received a comprehensive overview of DIVARTY operations and activities, explored the forward operating site, and met with Soldiers during their visit. DIVARTY is a specialized unit within the 4th Infantry Division responsible for providing artillery support and coordinating firepower for the division's operations. The 4th Inf. Div.'s mission in Europe is to engage in multinational training and exercises across the continent, working alongside NATO allies and regional security partners to provide combat-credible forces to V Corps, America’s forward deployed corps in Europe.
