An ambulance from the 142nd Medical Company (Area Support), 118th Multifunctional Medical Battalion, Connecticut Army National Guard, is guided across an Improved Ribbon Bridge at Fort Drum, New York, Aug. 11, 2023. During annual training, military ambulances were able to expediently transport simulated casualties off the front line and to medical treatment facilities thanks to the route created by the bridge.
