U.S. Air Force 30th Medical Group personnel participate in MEDIC-X training at Vandenberg Space Force Base, Calif., Aug. 30, 2023. This training is an Air Force Surgeon General initiative and equips all medical personnel with foundational skills to elevate patient care, readiness, and casualty management. Coupled with Tactical Combat Casualty Care, it enables collaborative responses during manpower shortages and enhances survival in challenging scenarios.
