Fort McCoy’s newest fisheries biologist is longtime supporter of installation’s fisheries program

Steve Rood and Zach Woiak, both contracted watershed management specialists supporting the Directorate of Public Works Natural Resources Branch, take depth measurements Feb. 25, 2015, of Suukjak Sep Lake near Pine View Campground at Fort McCoy, Wis. Rood and Woiak, who are employees of Colorado State University, completed transect depth measurements of two Fort McCoy lakes, and, at each transect site, plotted the depth using GPS. The work helps track sediment build-up for future lake management. (U.S. Army Photo by Scott T. Sturkol, Public Affairs Office, Fort McCoy, Wis.)
