The Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR) and Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) Historically Black College and University/Minority-Serving Institution (HBCU/MSI) Scholarship-for-Service (S4S) program is set to start this September, the first of its kind in the Department of Defense. Four students, including Green, will have their tuition, salary and travel expenses covered and work at a NIWC laboratory upon graduation in exchange for their scholarship.
