St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, Aug. 16, 2023 -- Emily Williams, of Region 2 Response, confers with a group focused on the energy lifeline during a Community Lifelines training exercise at the V.I. Territorial Emergency Management Agency's Emergency Operations Center in Estate Nisky. Williams, Ioana Opris, of Region 2's Incident Management Assistance Team, and Aaron VanDoren, of the V.I. Caribbean Area Office, delivered the Community Lifelines training to VITEMA and Government of the Virgin Islands employees as well members of the V.I. Business Emergency Operations Center.
