A fire team of Republic of Korea (ROK) Army Soldiers assigned to ROK Special Warfare Command participate in a training scenario requiring an infiltration toward a time-sensitive target (TMT) at Jinhae, ROK, Aug. 30, 2023. During the comprehensive full-mission-profile training event, ROKSWC special operators and their U.S. Special Forces counterparts conducted realistic preparation and planning, a mission rehearsal, an infiltration and TMT recovery, and an action review, enabling combined inputs at all points of the exercise. The scenario was focused on testing both nations' special operations personnel in a dynamic and comprehensive situation and highlights the enduring commitment over the decades toward combined defense priorities through regular training events.
