Norfolk, Va. (September 7, 2023) RADM Sam Cox, USN (Ret.), Director of the Naval History and Heritage Command, presents that Navy Meritorious Civilian Service Award to Darcy Sink, Volunteer Coordinator at the Hampton Roads Naval Museum. The award was presented during a brief ceremony at the museum.
