    Chavira, from Corpus Christi, Texas, assigned to Patrol and Reconnaissance
    Squadron (VP) 30 receives instructions on the handling of a recoverable,
    exercise torpedo below a P-8A Poseidon maritime patrol aircraft on the VP-30
    flight line, September 6. VP-30's mission is to provide P-8A Poseidon
