Comedian Iliza Shlesinger performs for sailors of the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74) during a USO-sponsored holiday tour led by Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff U.S. Army Gen. Martin Dempsey. In addition to Shlesinger, the tour featured country music singer Kellie Pickler; Washington Nationals pitchers Ross Detwiler and Craig Stammen and Washington Capitals forward Matt Hendricks. John C. Stennis is deployed to the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility conducting maritime security operations, theater security cooperation efforts and support missions for Operation Enduring Freedom.
