New York, NY – Maj. Joshua James, a higher headquarters commander with the 353rd Civil Affairs Command, met with the former Mayor of New York City and CEO of Bloomberg L.P. Michael R. Bloomberg, during the 22nd anniversary commemoration ceremony for 9/11 victims at The National September 11 Memorial & Museum on September 11, 2023. The 353rd CACOM leadership team met with local governmental and community leaders during the ceremony for 9/11 victims to strengthen the unit's community partnerships.
