Sgt. 1st Class Jason Matheney, a team leader with the 11th Chemical Company, 110th Chemical Battalion (Technical Escort), out of Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash., compliments Sgt. 1st Class Jin Young Noh, assigned to the 24th Korean Chemical Special Forces Battalion, from South Korea, on a job well done Dec. 13 during a week-long training exercise with Matheney's company in Elma, Wash.
