Lt. Col. Jose Garciaesmuria plays one of Santa’s elves as he delivers a gift to a young girl during the 15th Annual Forgotten Angels Christmas Party at the University of New Orleans Human Performance Center Saturday, Dec. 8. The event was sponsored by the Ozanam Inn, a nonprofit organization that serves the homeless community of New Orleans and provides more than 250 kids with food, toys and treats each year.
