Staff Sgt. Anna Dykes, a 39th Comptroller Squadron mission support group budget analyst, works on tasks in preparation for the end of the 2023 fiscal year at Incirlik Air Base, Türkiye, Sept. 12, 2023. At the end of the third quarter, the wing is congressionally mandated to be 83 percent obligated with all of its funding to ensure a smooth closeout. The 39th CPTS’ mission is to enable the surety mission as well as forward air operations capabilities through first class financial customer service and on-demand decision analytics that continuously support peacetime and contingency operations.
