U.S. Marine Corps Chief Warrant Officer 2 Steve Talbot, Director and Officer in Charge of the Marine Forces Reserve Band, Marine Forces Reserve, New Orleans, conducts the Marine Forces Reserve concert band during a community concert at the Lee University Conn Auditorium, Cleveland, Tennessee, Sept. 12, 2023. The Marine Forces Reserve band performs an annual spring and fall tour to showcase their dedication to their craft. This year, their fall tour comprises Tennessee middle schools, high schools, and universities including TSU, Lee University, and University of Tennessee Chattanooga.
