Mickey Groh, a 2nd Engineer Battalion Soldier, helps a young concertgoer get her bubble swag powered on during the Chris Lane and opening act Overton Road concert at Freedom Crossing at Fort Bliss, the open-air, public-private shopping district at Fort Bliss, Texas, Sept. 9, 2023. Soldiers from the Bliss chapter of Better Opportunities for Single Soldiers volunteered to support the event. B.O.S.S. is an Army program designed to help connect troops with opportunities for self-development and a lot of fun in the communities where they are stationed.
