Aviators from the U.S. Coast Guard and Marine Corps coordinate with Royal Brunei Air Force aviators at a pre-sail brief Sept. 14, 2023, in Brunei, in advance of an upcoming at-sea engagement. Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Brunei 2023 is the premier bilateral exercise held annually between the United States and Royal Brunei forces.
