Royal Brunei Navy Petty Officer Mohd Hafidz Iskandar HJ Abd Halid launches a Scan Eagle unmanned aerial system from the flight deck of U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Munro (WMSL 755) during an at-sea engagement Sept. 16, 2023, in the South China Sea. Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Brunei 2023 is the premier bilateral exercise held annually between the United States and Royal Brunei forces.
