Portsmouth, Virginia (Sept. 11, 2023) Defense Health Agency (DHA) Director Lt. Gen. Telita Crosland briefs the Defense Health Board (DHB) during the board’s most recent public meeting in Portsmouth, Virginia. The DHB is a Federal Advisory Committee to the Secretary of Defense on matters related to the Military Health System (MHS).
