U.S. Marine Corps Maj. Kevin Fitzsimmons, an infantry officer with II Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF), addresses Marines in the command operations center during Joint Task Force Exercise (JTFEX) 23 on Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, N.C., on Sept. 15, 2023.
