U.S. Air Force Airmen assigned to the 25th Fighter Generation Squadron compete in a quarterly load crew competition at Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea, Sept. 15, 2023. Load crew members were evaluated on safety, speed, reliability, technical errors and use of their respective loading checklist. This competition fosters heightened performance for real-world operations by allowing Airmen to hone their skills and decision-making abilities in high-pressure situations, ultimately ensuring they can maintain operational superiority anytime and anywhere.
