Red Currahee combat medics cross-train with Polish counterparts during Silver Arrow

U.S. Army medics with 1st Battalion, 506th Infantry Regiment "Red Currahee," 1st Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), supporting 3rd Infantry Division, prepare to unload simulated casualties from American and Polish military ambulances during a medical training exercise in Camp Adazi, Latvia, Sept. 19. The Task Force Marne Soldiers provided operational support during Silver Arrow, an exercise to test the NATO enhanced Forward Presence Battle Group Latvia’s strategic capabilities in the region. The 3rd Infantry Division’s mission in Europe is to engage in multinational training and exercises across the continent, working alongside NATO allies and regional security partners to provide combat-credible forces to V Corps, America’s forward deployed corps in Europe.
