U.S. Army Master Sgt. Quentin McCoy, the support operations noncommissioned officer in charge of the 87th Division Sustainment Support Battalion, 3rd Division Sustainment Brigade, receives a challenge coin in recognition of his outstanding work and leadership from Command Sgt. Maj. Jonathan E. Reffeor, the senior enlisted leader of the 3rd Infantry Division, during a visit at Forward Operating Site Powidz, Poland, Sept. 21, 2023. Reffeor toured the sustainment hub, including operations, supply and maintenance work areas as well as quality of life facilities. He held several visits with Soldiers of the 3rd DSB and its subordinate Active and Reserve logistics units, known collectively as Task Force Provider, and recognized Soldiers that made outstanding contributions to the deployed mission. The 3rd ID mission in Europe is to engage in multinational training and exercises across the continent, working alongside NATO allies and regional security partners to provide combat-credible forces to V Corps, America’s forward-deployed corps in Europe.
