Hatcher-Solis is a research biological scientist for the Air Force Research Laboratory and is the team lead for Neurobiology of Cognitive Performance. “There are so many different environments Airmen are in,” Hatcher-Solis said. “You have the arctic environment with extreme cold to dry, desert heat. You have Airmen in high-performance aircraft.
