Army ROTC Cadet Nicholas Jenkins, University of Alaska Anchorage Seawolf Detachment, low crawls as he approaches his objective during Operation Resolute Phoenix at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, Sept. 16, 2023.
