On Tuesday 19th September 2023 HMS Prince Of Wales conducted refueling at sea (RAS) with USNS SUPPLY, a tanker vessel in the Atlantic Ocean. Refueling at sea is a highly skilled feat that is a necessity for Royal Navy ships to maintain operational effectiveness at sea.
HMS Prince Of Wales conducts a plethora of maritime exercises such as boat drills and quick draw exercise whilst transiting the Atlantic Sea.
HMS Prince of Wales is heading to the United State of America to shape the future of naval aviation. Her longest deployment, pushing the limits of aircraft carrier operations with Uncrewed Aircraft Systems, fifth-generation stealth fighter jets, tilt-rotors and helicopters.
