In addition to attending the ceremony, Garcia, chief of the Colombian Military mission in the Organization of American States, met with members of Colombia's Foreign Military Sales team, including Cheatham, the deputy director for the INDOPACOM/SOUTHCOM/NORTHCOM Regional Operations Directorate.
