U.S. Marines with Marine Rotational-Force Southeast Asia, I Marine Expeditionary Force, conduct pre-embarkation function on Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, Sep. 26, 2023. Pre-embarkation is to validate the equipment’s weight and volume to submit data for airlift, which enables MRF-SEA to transport gear and personnel in rapid response to no-notice crises or threats.
