The commemorative tail of an F-4 Phantom II, the predecessor of the F/A-18 Hornet, is unveiled at the deactivation ceremony of Marine Fighter Attack Training Squadron (VMFAT) 101, Marine Aircraft Group 11, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing, at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, California, Sept. 29, 2023.
