Alameda, CA - Chief Gunner's Mate Shelsea Evans of Navy Reserve Center (NRC) Alameda has her anchors pinned by her sponsors at a chief petty officer (CPO) pinning ceremony aboard the USS Hornet (CV 12) Sept. 29, 2023.
