Critical Public Facilities team member Joshua Ellison, civil engineer from the Albuquerque District, works on a preliminary design for a temporary elementary school campus while working in the Recovery Field Office in Kihei, Hawai'i, Sep. 30. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers received a FEMA mission assignment to support the State of Hawai'i and the state Department of Education to design and oversee the installation of temporary facilities for the Lahaina community.
